Its true what you say, "500,000 shares @ 10 bucks beats 50,000 @ 50. but on the OTC the MM have prevented shares from rising. I am not an L2 expert but I believe those who are when they say an MM has put up a wall at .04 or some amount. They arbitrage and make their money selling a fraction of a penny higher and buying a fraction of a penny lower and that's where we are stuck. If that wasn't the situation there would be no need to do an R/S and try to reach escape velocity from this exchange. Isn't that correct?
There are R/S done by those who just want to dilute and live off that, but clearly, this R/S will be done with the purpose of catapulting onto a better exchange. You can't classify it with the R/S type that goes nowhere. The deal that just happened doesn't suggest QMC do anything, it mandates QMC uplist by the end of March.
Uplisting is a great reason to do an R/S because getting onto a better exchange will allow Financial Institutions, large funds, ETFs and Investors to invest in QTMM and QMC and that means the stock price goes up from there. So while the R/S looks like it doesn't help you, the end result of uplisting definitely will, and that's where you make the multiples you want.
We're getting three board members from Pasaca Capital, a $9 Billion Dollar entity that hires people at the top of their field to do outsize deals. They would not make the commitment unless they could make it successful.
QMC has been hiring extraordinary people too, from top companies. They would not come here unless they also saw the vision of the company.

In other words, the same type of ecosystem QMS uses for Covid can be easily adapted to Dr. Malan's work. I am looking forward to hearing his plans for his work with QMC. Remember, Innova would be happy to work with QMC to bring needed commercial tests to market.
