Someone on one of Doctor Daltons Linkedin page posts, asked how are you gonna uplist to nasdaq?
Someone responded with this,
"Independent audit based on financials of the companies in the Conglomerate. NASDAQ accepts and it's the flip of a switch with an uplist at whatever valuation was predetermined."
