Updates x 2 - February 3 After Close:
"Quick note for all the shareholders!
I was alerted that one of several NEWCO acquisitions was leaked yesterday.
The good news, is that we believe that the information came from posting at FINRA. So, yes its true, and I will be making several updates and PR's on that. It's a little earlier that we planned, but its still great news and we are excited and will be sharing with all of you... (and yes, it IS fully reporting company.)"

Q?: why is new acquisition domain registered to AURI inc???
Don't panic , nothing nefarious. As a multimedia and a production person, I was in a rush to get a lot of details done. In the meantime, my attorney were telling me that the website was down, and that the "seller" didn't renew the domain, so I dialed Go Daddy and got it done.
At that time, I placed an order over the cell phone so I didn't even remember which one of my accounts I used. it happened to be AURI Inc...
No problem, as long as we secured the domain. I'll transfer it to PRPM account asap. No worries,

BTW, did anyone noticed that our new asset went from $ 2.5 mil in value to $ 4.6 mil. and now we sit at $ 11 mil . So, yea, baby steps, but we're getting there. Along with the filings, we should look great!"
