It's common, no meaning to it.
Often, trades that occur seconds before close, to not get "registered" until after the close, and do not effect the actual closing price.
I've been going to this website for months. On one occasion, folks got excited thinking Cytodyn had uplisted because the word nasdaq is in the web address.
