In order to approve NASDAQ uplisting, it has been mentioned that "stock holder equity" is the remaining criteria needed to be met.
However, some folks are citing other issues that NASDAQ may be concerned about.
1) NASDAQ will wait until we have an FDA EUA approval?
2) NASDAQ will wait until we have some revenue? (Moderna no $$$???)
3) Our previous application for uplisting has expired, we must re-apply?
What do you think or better, what do you know?
PS: After uplisting....
A) after market sales and pre market sales
Webull and Robinhood can buy CYDY (if Robinhood survives)
3) "some" reduction in short activity
4) large investors will come in with positions!!!!!
