Your #4 is exactly what I keep thinking about. I would think (for the FDA to have a win - which they have yet to achieve and JW wants to go from acting to perm) that the FDA would release a statement announcing EUA at the same time (or close to) when NP will be releasing the top line. I don't think that CY can announce the EUA before the FDA does - but I could be wrong.
