I said that a short and distort campaign is securities fraud, which it is. And where I personally empathize with the Reddit crowd is that a lot of what happens in the market is completely unregulated and there are seemingly no repercussions for those who break what rules there are.
This has nothing to do with leronlimab and any short attacks inhibiting its approval. It is about the inability or lack of desire on the SEC's part to enforce its own rules at the expense of the investors it claims to protect.
