In March 2020, Joel Shacker and Adam Cegielski were appointed to the Board of Directors of the Company. Following the appointments, the board of directors consists of Patrick Morris, Geoff Balderson, Joel Shacker and Adam Cegielski. Joel Shacker has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and replaces Patrick Morris who will remain with the Company as an independent director. On January 4, 2020, the Company announced a non-brokered private placement of up to 4,285,715 units at a price of $0.14 per unit for gross proceeds of up to $600,000. Each unit will consist of one common share and one share purchase warrant entitling the holder to acquire an additional common share at a price of $0.185 for a period of twelve months. As at January 22, 2021, the Company has collected $550,000. Completion of the offering is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
