Standard IPO. That is how it will happen. If Joe were just getting into the process of unleashing NGIO, he could probably consider doing it thru a SPAC. But that train has left the station, and we're riding in an IPO car. Maybe Homer can expound on the train analogy : )
I wonder if Joe has been working the Road Show already? With the non-in-person version of Road Shows these days, I would guess there is a possibility that it could happen within small circles and not necessarily get much publicity. On the scale of things, we are probably talking $100-200MM, so that could conceivably be a combination of 1-2 companies (BP?), 1-2 investment firms, and/or 1-2 wealthy individuals.
Joe did make mention of "by mid March" in one of the interviews, I believe, so those wheels could be turning as we speak...
