Man your just shaking the bushes and nothing is falling out? How do 25+ new employees get paid with IOU'S or cash? Use logic if there was a private placement or subscription QTMM would be required to file an 8K! If there were options given in lieu of cash that would require a SEC filing or a 144 transfer for services. Quit blowing your horn and watch the pps rise!
