interesting but just so some dont assume Zion will not complete their well- such info is for companies with many wells -such a series of wells are planned to be phased in depending on oil prices, economics etc
I know you know this but some might not -that Zion has the funds needed to complete the well and does not plan on holding the well in limbo at any point
Israel has gas resources off shore but meager oil resources(mostly offshore associated with tamar and leviathon)
remembering the 1973 arab oil embargo (and the new us admin is already trying to starve usa oil and gas production-things that are needed for usa near term eco survival/independence- thats what the paris accords are all about -the climate facid(sp? tired) is only a cover story -stopping usa oil/gas production so we can be blackmailed by nefarious adversaries as we were before-why - because they cant get their new world order one world govt when the strongest empire in hisotry -the usa- is opposed to such -thus the deep state devoted to destroying the us from within to weaken the usa to the point where the usa cannot be independent and thus succumbs to a one world govt- thats the reason for the now open warfare in congress and fraudulent elections because the 2016 elections interrupted the new world order timetable setting it back at least 4 years- deep state thought they had 2016 elections tied up via corrupt software at that time-but at that time the corrupt software was discovered in time to be bypassed enough that it did not change the election results(though some state and local races were still manipulated).
The deep state could not figure out how they lost those swing states when they had corrupt software in place guaranteeing them a victory- so they had the green party-which had only ca 1% of the vote -contest those trump victories on behalf of the deep state -but you wont hear the truth from the deep state media
the moral of the story is that Israel cannot rely long term on the usa- in the 1973 arab israel war Nixon supplied critical weapons and oil to Israel even though he knew it was political suicide to do so-
oil is critical for the civilian and military apparatus - so an independent inside israel source of oil could be critical for Israel in any future war besides strengthening Israel during times of peace
