Miami heat players have to work hard to keep a super low body fat level, but to them it's well worth it because of where they are paid.
Multi millionaires most of them.
tax rate is in their favor.
One perk about living in super crowded, super hot South Florida.
As an independent contractor, I have never had to advertise.
There are so many damn people down here if you can't find a job, you aren't looking, or you really don't want one.
I will be trying to spend some time AWAY from this area once we go Golden.
Love the ocean, the the weather for the most part.
The crowded roadways can get to you.
