The whole thing feels "off" given that Janet Woodcock has stated that she is not a fan of underpowered trials. Hard to imagine that this info was "requested" for an approval or EUA unless the rules are truly different for some companies as opposed to others. Remember Mesoblast's amazing results? That is until their trial was halted for futility.
