Here is what I am hoping to hear on the CC this Friday:
1). Any new valuation number on NGIO. I expect this to be a a lot higher than the original of a little over 500 million dollars as they have had more time to get things going.
2). Set date on listing on NGIO.
3). How they are getting to the PPS amount for listing and what they are expecting the PPS to be and how will it effect current shareholders.
4). State of current business - Arizona, Excellagen, 5 million upfront from China deal that has been expected for a while now as well as the rest of the upfront money.
5). Any new deals being worked or signed currently.
My hope is we get definite dates / information on this CC and not what ifs. While I do want to see plans for the future, I want to also see results that the company(s) can build on now, not just a year from now. We have seen so much going on in 2020, that this year needs to be the year of results.
