Might be better than taking out another loan, who knows the business reasons.
Companies sell shares because for various reasons they need cash.
The bashers will tell you it is for all of the worst reasons possible, call the company a scam, etc., trying to drive the share price down because that's what they are paid to do by their institutional masters.
There is no DD to back up their accusations, just what seems to be made up stuff with a touch of plausibility to get you to respond emotionally and make a rash decision.
They try to get you to focus on the day to day share price in an attempt to get you to panic. If your flipping it that might be a concern. If you're holding long term because you think the company has potential, different story.
The investors job is to determine, between the pumping and bashing, what the odds of your investment becoming profitable based on he research you do personally.
My DD says real company, real products growing exponentially, trying to do all of the right things to accomplish those goals in a methodical way.
That's just my opinion, it's up to the individual investor to make that determination for yourself.
