The influence of redditcydy, reddit wallstreetbets upon CYDY may be uncontrollable. Maybe not. There is a movement at reddit to buy CYDY to realize gains and to damage, take down hedge funds.
Reddit CYDY has just over 1400 members, but a couple of days ago it was about 700. Reddit probably wouldn't hurt CYDY except to maybe increase volatility due to rapid dramatic share price increase.
Strange stuff going on. Citadel claims no more short research nor short article. Tim Sykes says he is not shorting GME nor CYDY and some other specific stocks. Some hedge funds have claimed they have ended their positions in GME.
