I catch your drift. And thank you for sending it. I hadn't considered this approach, nor have I seen it before.
This is another strong indication of our efficacy. And one that aligns with my theory that the FDA suggested a 75% interim with the addition of 42 day metric, because our p value was approaching .005. We were in a time of slow enrollment, and this may have provided.for a halt at 75%.
It may be my confirmation bias, but those two theories seem to compliment each other.
We don't have any proof of this, but it sure does make sense. Can't wait to see if the theories are correct.
