On the Philippines video, probably need to discuss the process here since many feel this is going to move very quickly. I would ask you all go back and listen closely to the Chiral partner explain the path to date they have taken and how they ended up in Compassionate use territory. It sounded like they originally went down one path and the government policy on how they would approve a drug shifted. They then reviewed other paths and decided on the Compassionate use Avenue which , although I am happy it’s a revenue generating process , is full of logistical questions that were not answered in the meeting It is apparent that the Philippine doctors were very concerned about logistics here as they should be . Orders trickling in because this is an individual approval process per doctor is not going to create a robust logistics line that delivers drugs quickly . NP commented that they would most likely use the Samsung location to provide the drug because it’s closer to the Philippines. So there needs to be a plan defined and now it will be executed still. It’s obvious the plan isn’t in place yet. If I’m a doctor with a very ill patient and the drug doesn’t show up for a week , that’s not good
