I'd say managment might be well served to brush up

I'd say managment might be well served to brush up on PERT analysis and get a copy of Microsoft Project.  Then they can see what's on the critical path and what's slack time... great for resource allocations, task assignments/responsibility, and cost tracking too, when in the right user hands.  I can't make the Call, but feel free to pass my suggestion along, lol.  JMO.  Best of luck to all!  $TECO
