Come on, man...refusing to "honor him" with Dr is just petty. It is not an HONOR that you are bestowing upon him because you are so magnanimous, he actually earned it. There are crappy and corrupt doctors, lawyers, politicians, garbage men, and teachers, but they still earned their qualifications. Don't get me wrong, I am no fan of his, but don't sink to his level.
