Update - January 27 After Close:
Well, hello everyone! I just wanted to simmer down some rumors, before our Friday announcement!
Look, I don't know the level of knowledge and understanding that SOME of you may have, so!! I'm just focused on "full transparency" because that is easy, and no one here wants to go to jail for lying!..
Ok, so to start. One of my family members is in control of TSRR, but that company IS NOT the one we are acquiring. PRPM acquired a nice and clean publicly trading company and that is what's being announced on Friday, and its already on our books.
Next. Yes, we do know that SEC is cracking down on companies who are NOT current, and they are moving to be aggressive this year. However, I deal with all these agencies, and they see our efforts in filings, so we are almost there, and I'm telling for 100% certainty, that we will NOT be de listed or penalized, because we are about to get our "current status" any day now!
And finally. You can listen to these "bashers" who were negative on all my trading tickers, even the ones that were at $. 0001 range. So, now that we are moving at or towards double zeros...i.e. $ .00 's,. my team here is very happy, but you do what you feel is right. The only thing that I'm eagerly opposed to, is their constant lies and false accusations that are aimed at you, in order to harm our companies.
I'm always here, and available. You will only hear the truth and honest posting from me, and the only disclaimer that I will make, is that sometimes, things happen and may change things, but as long as we are honest, we will win at the end!
