There are no distribution costs.
That US covid distributor does nothing but label the vials individually and ship them to hospitals in lots of 1000.
So that's about 1000 shipments. And probably all done in three months.
Suppose they get $100 million for those 1000 shipments.
That would be 5% of LL revenue.
That's $100,000 for each shipment of 1000 vials.
Ten guys could do this, even if those guys have to label all the vials.
No way that distributor gets even as much as 20% of revenue.
