You are HILARIOUS and I love it. Truly. You called your state bar, not the one he is necessarily a member of, and called him out for "soliciting business that is counterintuitive to the science" as if that is an actionable offense. LOL. Do you call your local police about someone who wears white after Labor Day, or the ATF for someone who wastes Veuve Cliquot in a mimosa? LOL...sorry man, it's just too funny.
