Woofs point is valid. It doesn't matter what is happening behind the curtain to the serious investor community. Stinky pinky to the serious investors and money managers (where the big bucks are) with no financial filings is the biggest road block to moving north. It remains a great opportunity for the little guy who does his homework on QTMM.
