I am not quite sure what you're not grasping here. To tell an intelligent, experienced person that a stock like CYDY is worth $1,000/share when it is currently at $5 and has no revenue doesn't make one look very intelligent, on its face. Drop it down to maybe $100 and explain what CYDY has in the pipeline, and one seems more credible.
Whether one buys undervalued or "highly undervalued" stocks is their own decision, but in the current state of CYDY, saying it is worth $1,000/share is like a 7 year old saying he wants to make "a million billion dollars." It's very cute, but not based on any reality in the moment.
