Don't understand why so much frustration with people selling. These prices are insignificant compared to what is coming. And why worry about them selling with huge prices coming? Now if they are mentally handicapped, I would also. But if they just are greedy, so be it. I totally believe in helping those who need help, but if this is just lust for money, don't worry about them-they know what they are doing, so let them be stupid and sell.
