I believe this "Universal Platform" mikey was built previosly for tracking 'vaccines' and more by EagleForce with Dalton in the forefront of it? ... now it's coming in handy for Covid-19 tracking nationwide (likely why they're advertising for others besides those entities that have had it all along)...
So what I posted last night was actually out in 2015... it remains on EagleForce's website and the date for Specialty Pharma Journal updates daily. Even five-six years ago, EagleForce was providing this platform to the healthcare industry as well as others like the TSA, FDA and Defense (DISA):
