Not only my opinion but also the opinion of many seasoned investors in this market. An investor who buys based on the O/S and thinks that it will remain the same is foolish. The fully diluted A/S valuation method is a tried and true means of not making a foolish investment decision. ------------------------------------------------------------------- GDSM is a perfect example of this. The A/S has now more than doubled going from 750M to 2BILLION and the OS has gone up every year. Outstanding Share Increases (Previous years are not available as GDSM went dark in 2004.)

The Series E Preferred were increased from 60M to 100M. Additionally GDSM dumps shares every quarter to pay its Liabilities from discontinued operations on their failed produce business and this does not create shareholder value. GDSM still owed over half a billion dollars ($501,615)on this legal obligation as of Dec. 2011.
GDSM paid down this debt by $50,000 in 2012 by using investors money to pay old debts! Shameful!
