I love your numbers, but let's not forget that not all people who catch Covid-19 are symptomatic. Most don't even know they had/have the virus.
I still predict that tons of Leronlimab will be needed, for severe/critical, some moderate and especially long haulers. It remains to be seen to what extent vaccines will be able to shrink current numbers and how mutations will interfere. Now if countries are smart they should stockpile it, as B.Patterson recommended. And that is just Covid-19.
Add our other big indications (cancers, HIV, Alzheimer's, NASH plus many more...) and it's hard to argue how we could not eventually reach a four digits SP.
