2 of 2 questions for the scientist, historians, an
Post# of 150907

Again, on a slow night. TIA.
Presumption:
Leronlimab is a large molecule mAB.
Most other current mABs are small molecule mABs and have liver toxicity issues.
Question:
Does size matter? Is it more difficult for the liver to deal with tiny little molecules, than it is difficult for the liver to deal with a large molecule like Leronlimab?
Visualization of question:
Shaking the sand out your beach towel (small molecules) versus playing with a beach ball (large molecules like LL)
