Saying Patterson "schooled" the other panelists se

Patterson basically said, "Hey this is the Precision Medicine conference. Covid must be treated with Precision Medicine because you must know whether the patient is in the viral stage or the hyperimmune stage".
Patterson went further to say he thought ICU physicians are not using the tools to distinguish patient status between viral phase and hyperimmune stage, and as a result ICU physicians are treating viral stage patients with steroids and immune stage patients with anti-virals.
Patterson basically said that the ICU physicians are doing it wrong despite the fact that the tools to do it right are available to them.
Patterson said he was "baffled" by the apparent failure of ICU physicians to examine the viral/immune distinction and treat accordingly.
I am only reading the transcripts. What did the other panelists say?
Patterson's analysis is so plain and obvious if correct it means that perhaps a majority of severe/critical patients are not being properly treated.
Did the other panelists have any comment on Patterson's assessment of the state of the art in covid severe/critical patient care?
