Shareholders Updates:
Good morning to all! I just wanted to update everyone. As promised, looks like we will be able to post the PR about the acquisition this Friday.
We recently completed all the filings and changes with the WY SOS (Wyoming Secretary of state) , so that has been confirmed and should be posted on WY SOS site next week. I'm getting all the books, and certificated delivered to me this week, so everything if final.
Also, today, we received the Disclosure and financial statements for their company so that's a great step. One of my consultants and associates is meeting with their Chairman today, and we are getting all final signatures and corporate actions signed .
On our side, I'm very thankful for all of your support and a great "Vote Of Confidence" !
In fact, I'm happy that the prediction by some of my consultants and analysts that we will be leaving "trips" happened several weeks earlier.
In fact, all of our tickers are now trading in 00 area! That's a great increase for all of our shareholders and company's value. And all the positive activity happened even before we got everything current. This kind of support and confidence is very encouraging and that is why, people are attracted to us.
So, In closing, we are now cleared to announce the name and ticker symbol for the company acquired for PRPM. In fact, I just checked todays trading and their "street value" just went up to $ 4.5 million (approximate value). So that's a healthy addition to our PRPM portfolio.
And yes, we will file with FINRA to get all you shareholders of record your dividends.
