Im not going to infer that a delay in the data after next week is bad news. Its really just a matter of how they decide to proceed.
We all want to know, right away, but the date that we learn of the efficacy doesnt really impact the date that we get to start saving lives. In other words, if I was working for the company, I would be more focused on moving the ball forward as quickly as possible, than I would be on announcing data.
Sure, they can do both. But if there is any reason to wait, they will do it.
