It is ALL about P3. Nothing else matters at this point. Either they can get it operating and hitting targeted numbers or they can't. If the can't then the argument shifts to how good is good enough. EP has already started that conversation.
His basic question: What's the value of a break-even operation that turns plastic waste into useable fuel?
It certainly has social value. I'll start the bidding at $1 per share. Do I hear $1.50?
