It has that CE designation and I recall someone saying that it is hard to sell with limit orders. It is strange indeed since it looks like someone is slowly buying everything they can. Over the last few months it has to be close to 750 million shares, or maybe a billion. i just hope no matter what we just find out who is buying and why.
