The DPA was signed 12/27/20. The majority of those Federal appropriated funds have now been obligated by Pentagon contracting officers. Our vendor, CROMTEC-CSI should know by now if EPL passed muster or not. That is the only question this shareholder wants answered, as promised, by our CEO.
