And I understand what you are saying, but we've seen study after study showing the mortality rate in severe critical to be in the low to mid 30's.
If that holds true in our placebo, the death rate in treatment arm would have to be considerably lower.
I also think the argument can be made that it's possible that the majority of deaths after 28 days should be in the treatment arm, both because of the 2:1 ratio but more importantly because LL should extend the lives of those that end up passing anyway.
