I noticed on OTC Markets as of 1/22/2021 ONCI Auth

I noticed on OTC Markets as of 1/22/2021 ONCI Authorized Shares at 5,000,000,000 and Outstanding at 4,458,216,016. Neither have changed from the 7/31/2020 numbers. Not stating good or bad; just sharing. Not including loans by the Bermans, convertible notes total minus interest in the last report was $125,000. Curious to know current total in the next report. A few weeks ago I posted that the annual report was due out January 15th. Anyone following ONCI know it’s not due until January 31st. Sorry for the misinformation.
