In my opinion, Dalton was no longer in the manufacturing end of the syringe business. Instead, Doc contracted the manufacturing out to others. However, Trump made money available to anyone willing to bring manufacturing back to the United States, and J&J and their affiliated companies stepped up. From what I hear, J&J is only a week or two away from approval. So what might hold things up? The FDA took a vacation when the two previous vaccines were ready for approval, so who knows.
Do we know if this is what Dalton was waiting for? No.
I am hopeful we will get the financials soon. Its been about twelve years since the last financials, so how much longer can it take? Once we get those financials, we will be off to the races provided everything people have found is true. In my opinion, I suspect a good portion of the due diligence is in fact true. As always, the ball is in Dalton's court, and the shareholders are still waiting.
