Update - January 21.
Good Morning everyone!
As promised, I'm posting an update as to the acquisition status and our filing updates.
Everything is on track, just crawling very slow. As you may know, we are combining 5 or so years of filings into one big download. My attorney's feeling confident as to the actual report and content. In our other (several companies) it took us several attempts , and with all the 'comments" from analysts in case of AURI it was seven refiling attempts before we got the upgrade, and in case PBHG once again it was several revisions, and right before new year, we got upgraded, so here we feel confident and should get a quick approval.
One final note, I was going to post a full PR announcing this acquisition, but we will have to push it to next week. (I'm sure our critics will make comments, but that's OK.)
This new company will add , just on the face value, approximately $2.5 million to our PRPM portfolio, ( and that's just on its market cap and trading volume, i.e. just a value for its "publicly trading" corporate vehicle.) So that's not including all the companies and assets inside this company!
And finally, our consultants and including my own calculations, would have no problem standing by an estimate of additional PPS value add to PRPM, with somewhere between $0.001 to $ 0.005 actual cash value for each PRPM current share (Via Dividends paid direct to shareholders). (We also considered that PRPM was at no volume and no bid only a few moths ago) and now we are doing very well. That is why, this company wanted to be a part of our growing business and "join the family" at ProTek Capital Inc.
So, the Chairman/CEO agreed to stay on and is assisting my group in the transfer and paperwork. I have already completed the Wyoming filings and we have full ownership of the company . The only thing that we're waiting for, are the actual books, and all the certificates that are coming from the WY state office. Also, coincidentally, our Registered agent in Wyoming is the same as with my several other companies, so it makes things a little easier.
However, they still tell me that everything is moving at a snail pace because of Covid. And speaking of which, as an example, I just received (two hours ago this morning) a confirmation email for SUTI filings from Wyoming, which we filed before New Years! So, no, I'm NOT using it as an excuse, but to stay transparent with you, I wanted to share all the things that we are dealing with.
