No I don’t swallow all the timeframes he puts out there. I am stating the ins and outs of what is going on with a small biotech company who is relying on other agencies and companies to get the work done. The fact he has hired experts as Cytodyn Employees in the last 4-5 months who understand BLAs, FDA trials and managing those efforts has put more pressure on him when he gives an estimate. First up is the BLA timeframe since he has an expert who owns it. So I am holding him to the range of his timeframe because the executive responsible for that work reports into NP or Dr. Kelly. But NP hasn’t been frothing over cd12 like people on multiple boards saying the data is coming in days. He specifically stated mortality data would be released as part of the report . A year ago he would have given a timeframe . So he is getting much better and that’s why I’ll give him a bit of slack. I was in this industry and know what can happen to date estimates when you get a curveball from the fda or your CRO has an 11th hour emergency and screws up a delivery date to their client
