Totally agree and get what you're saying. That being said, EVERYONE loves a winner, but it is the true believers that didn't need mommy and daddy (the US FDA) to approve something before they believed it in themselves.
I was a NY Yankees fan from 1982-1995 when they were HORRIBLE, but starting in 1996, when they were awesome, suddenly EVERYONE was a fan (unless you were in Boston, of course)
