January 21. Short version - multiple other running tickers to update.
All OTC market top traders were on one of my other Top Profit Picks $GTEH which started to get run up today from .0004 > .0018 on 3.1 Billion traded. That left no time to even observe what was going on with $EVSV.
There was an update from the company:

Overall, another 66,370 shares were bought on $EVSV - almost all at .0850 on the walked down ask.
