I am hopeful that every IPIX investor will take note of what happened today as a reference point of not only what has transpired over the PAST 6 years but more importantly what WILL be repeated in the FUTURE, especially as long as IPIX stock is on the OTX.
On some future trading day this year IPIX will be sitting at $5 a share after a series of successful milestone achievements and will abruptly drop 20%-25% unexpectedly in a single day without news. These trading day events will take place many times leading up to this example as well beyond this example as IPIX SP zig zags upward.
As long as IPIX is “traded” on the criminally controlled OTX the criminals can do whatever they want to both IPIX share price (SP) as well as show whatever “volume” that they want to show. These events will still take place after Up Listing but will cost the criminals many millions as they try to shake loose shares from weak hands. There is a long term cost to the criminals for this continual manipulation but so far they seem to be willing to absorb this cost in the hopes that they can eventually shake loose IPIX shares from weak hands. Any legitimate investor who has pointed this out in the past 6 years has been ridiculed by the paid soft bashers as a conspiracy theorist making up boogeyman stories about criminal activity. These paid posters prey on naïve investors that attempt to make logical sense of why SP goes down as the science progresses.
The only logic that can be applied is to understand that SP and volume are rigged. They are fake. To try to explain that a biotech with a recent Fast Track approval about to embark on a human trial that could prove to treat a pandemic that has killed over 2M people and has destroyed worldwide economies but “the market” has decided to take it down from a ridiculously low 27 cent SP down to 22 or 23 cents? Vince McMahon would not even try to pull this storyline off as it would be too hard to sell. The similarities of this analogy is that they are both choreographed but one is for entertainment value and the other has actual blood on their hands by crippling a company and causing life-saving drugs from getting more quickly to the market.
Some posts today have commented on how the other board has controlled the conversation and limit it to FUD of why SP is down on any certain day. FUD du jour includes Leo bashing, the “market” is trying to tell us something, $1-$2 is a fair buyout price, we might get results before the pandemic is over, mass selling by Aspire or MFO, it’s too bad that we are too late with vaccines now available, we might have won the match if the referee was looking when we got hit by the chair by the heel’s valet. These SMB posters are simply low level criminals. The OTX MM’s are complicit as well but the real bad guys are the hedge fund criminals funding the killing off of small companies and IPIX has been and still is one of their targets. Follow the money.
So if the Criminals/NR control IPIX SP, volume and much of the narrative, then what should IPIX investors do? I was talking to a friend on this board who told their adult child to fully fund their IRA with IPIX and to not bother looking at SP quotes for the next 5 years and that they will look back and be extremely happy and only wish that they had bought more shares. That is pretty good advice. I am talking to other Longs that are taking advantage and adding to their positions which is the smart thing to do if you can afford to do so.
When successful human B-CV19 results are announced there will be IMO major funding from either government grants and/or Big Pharma partnerships. Once IPIX is Up Listed we will be dealing with similar issues as today but at much higher stakes. Once Up Listed, IPIX will be trading at multiple dollars vs cents per share. SP will most likely go up and down dollars per day. Up Listing will not rid us of the criminals as IPIX SP IMO will need to be $20 or more per share range before the criminals are able to cover a meaningful portion of their deeply dug naked short sell position. The criminals are in big trouble once Leo gets enough funding to halt any future dilution and freezes IPIX’s Outstanding Share count. Trading days like today and in the future are meant to condition Longs that we should be fearful of drops in SP that could happen any day and wear down investors so that they sell too early and provide the criminals with the Real Shares that they need which are not currently available with IPIX investors stubbornly holding tight.
IPIX investors should do their own diligence and know what you own. 4kids has spent hundreds of hours trying to educate Longs by documenting proof points of what has been taking place with the criminal compression of IPIX SP.

Better yet go to the IPIX website and read the 2020 PRs and last week’s PR on Fast Track Designation. Read about the science and the differentiation that Brilacidin has in killing the CV19 virus. Look at the RBL testing including the 426 SI number and the 460+ humans that have been safely and effectively treated with Brilacidin for multiple instances. Note that some of the new Administration’s top science advisors are from the same research University as IPIX’s Science Advisor who happened to be one of the original creators of the Brilacidin science. Why would Dr. Degrado decide to be part of IPIX after all of these years?
