A simple question - has anyone heard from anyone in a position to know about RO (Patterson, Lalezari, Pourhassan, Agresti, Seethamraju, etc.) that at 700mgs the RO is anything other than 100% after injection?
I haven't. All I've heard about is 100% occupancy and very good persistence of occupation - greater than 90% after 60 days.
I think the whole recent discussion about RO was started off when Pourhassen mentioned in the last CC the anecdotal experience of treating a close contact with 3 or 4 doses of Leronlimab.
Can anyone say with any certainty that this was really called for? That there was real, confirmed benefit to this course of treatment or can they only say it was done, the guy got better and the course of action was taken because there was Leronlimab available to do the treatment and they did it because they didn't know what else to do? That they didn't do it out of desperation?
This is exactly why you do trials. Speculation, ad nauseum, will never replace real, material testing. Hypothesizing is OK but will never end without testing.
