The Governments allegations are false. NTEK and its subsidiaries are not alleged to have been involved in this or any scheme. The evidence will ultimately show that every transaction referenced was reviewed by at least three separate law firms for legality, authenticity and observance of ALL SEC rules and regulations. All debts are legitimate and there has never been any indication otherwise. Multiple law firms assured that everything purchased was legal and properly documented
I reminded all of you that the government has the burden of proving guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
