January 20. Short version - multiple other running tickers to update.
OTC market top traders had to concentrate elsewhere on the Watch List Top Profit Picks $BRGO and $PSRU which were being run up today + multiple other repeat winners including $OTTV $SUTI $PRPM.
Overall, another 188,239 shares were bought on $EVSV - again all in the tight bottom range of .0800 > .0900 to be loaded for when it is its turn to get run up.
