About Gotta Have S'more
Carmen Lindner, founder and CEO of Gotta Have S’more, entered the kitchen at the age of 33. She’d never really been into baking before, but she had an idea - you know, one of those that comes to you at 3 am, keeps you up the rest of the night, and swirls inside your brain until it’s all you can think about from then on.
The s’more, a sense of adventure and a bent for taking action were the inspiration that took Carmen to the store to buy sugar and butter - items that were not formerly staples in her pantry. Not being at home in the kitchen, she didn’t have a strong foundation, so experimentation ruled the day. Shortly thereafter, Gotta Have S’more and the S’muffin were born. Then, after a little tiff and a makeup session with her husband, Ben, Gotta Have S’more Amore was added to the family. And when Carmen was throwing a baby shower for a girlfriend, S’muffin-inspired Favors were the obvious choice.
To be honest, Carmen isn’t a big dessert person. But S’muffins got her excited in a way that no other dessert had. They’re the perfect size and shape to satisfy any sweet tooth (whether you knew you had one or not). Once you try them, you will wonder how you survived without them for so long.

What is a S'muffin?
A S'muffin is a uniquely stylish take on America's iconic campfire treat, the S'more. We start with the traditional graham cracker base topped with a roasted marshmallow, followed by one of our delicious toppings that is also buried in the middle for a delicious burst of flavor. Each S'muffin dessert s’more is then hand-dipped in either dark or white chocolate.
Our perfectly handcrafted S'muffins are available in a wide variety of flavors, and we are always adding new and exciting takes on this delectable confection. From milk chocolate, caramel and cookies- and- crème, to Almond Joy, Crème de Menthe and chocolate covered S'muffins, we've got something for even the most discerning taste buds. While a S'muffin is NOT a cupcake nor does it have any “cake” in it, it s mini-muffin like shape inspired the innovative name for this equally ingenious dessert.
Can I pick and choose my flavors?
Each week, we offer a variety of scrumptious flavors. Every single one of our flavors is absolutely amazing and our customers continuously give us rave reviews. If you are allergic or are opposed to one of our flavors, please let us know and we'll make sure we don't include that version in your order.
How do I know which flavor my S'muffin is?
You can tell the flavor of your S'muffin by looking at the topping on top of the marshmallow. If you see milk chocolate on the top, then it's a milk chocolate S'muffin. If it's a peanut butter cup, then it's a peanut butter S'muffin.
What size are S'muffins?
S'muffins are approximately 2 X 2 inches—the size of a mini-muffin. As mentioned above, their compact size and shape was factored into the decision-making process when we named these unique desserts.
How do I purchase S'muffins? Are they available at retail locations?
You can place orders for delivery on our website or by calling 1.888.95.SMORE(76673). S'muffins s’more desserts are also available at the Platine Bakery in Culver City, which is stocked daily with dozens, six-packs and singles. In addition, singles are available at The Oaks Gourmet Market , The Nosh of Beverly Hills and Gum Tree. Vicente Foods sells S'muffins by the six pack.
Do you ship out of state via FedEx or UPS?
Yes we do! We ship second day air anywhere in the US. Shipping rates are determined by the number of dozen you are ordering and the destination. Orders must be made 24 hours in advance.
Do you deliver on the weekends?
Yes. A minimum $35 fee is assessed for weekend delivery.
Do you customize for special occasions other than birthdays and weddings?

What is the best way to serve S'muffins?
We recommend enjoying your S'muffins at room temperature. You can also pop one in the microwave or toaster oven for a few seconds for a truly out-of-this-world experience!
If I buy my S'muffins today, will they still be fresh tomorrow?
We do not use any additives or preservatives. While S'muffins are meant to be enjoyed the day of delivery, if you are storing them to be eaten at a later date, we recommend wrapping the bakery box with plastic wrap or placing them in an airtight container and keeping them in the refrigerator or freezer. Remove them approximately 45 minutes before serving, so they will be completely thawed.
