NR (non retail) .. as previously noted .. has one hell of a dilemma
on their hands .. NR thinks nothing of injecting bogus volume on
an as needed basis (done in 2018 .. last 4 months approx 55M
to *reset* 52 week low on 12.31.18) .. 23M done in May 2019 to
*negate* AS deal 8k'd weeks later and to run IPIX then .. but nothing
compares to what NR did in 2020 .. staggering isn't hyperbole

reminder NR will always try to *control* aspects .. take ups/take downs

i need to double check .. but i think this was the first time i've seen YOY %s
plus 300% (tremendous stressor imo) .. think balloons/elastic bands .. NR
has to work those *ratios* .. in addition to controlling efforts .. hmmm
