I believe that he 700mg dose will be efficacious in most patients. The discussion about dosing, (at least in my eyes) is about increasing the efficacy further.

Some may be jumping on the convo to sow doubt, but I am expecting to see a strong efficacy, that can be supercharged with IV options and additional dosage options.
